Preserving the greatest traditions in haute cuisine, Ami serves a selection of spectacular seasonal tasting menus with modern French dishes and stylish décor inspired by the vibrant tranquillity of forest, accompanied by expertly curated wine and whisky pairings.
Renowned global design agency Yabu Pushelberg is back with their signature narrative-based approach in designing another spectacular environment. A guest’s arrival begins with an automatic entrance in a blue wooden landscape, leading to a plush hallway that branches out to Salon and Lounge. The Salon is a cosy cocoon that represents metamorphosis with six sets of custom-made tables and sofas that can be interlocked into a single setting for 18 guests. The Lounge is the main dining area where the Wood Ear bar is located, and a rich amber glow evokes warmth, vibrancy and relaxed conversation. The art-adorned Gallery provides two private rooms (four guests and six guests) which, in the spirit of Ami, can be unified into a space for 14 guests.
餐廳的室內裝潢由蜚聲國際的設計公司Yabu Pushelberg主理。穿過自動門步進餐廳，一面藍色木牆營造神秘感覺，讓賓客帶着好奇心探索通往Salon及The Lounge。Salon是一個舒適且靈活的優雅空間，特別設計的桌子和梳化可以拼接成一張可容納18人的大圓桌，方便迎合賓客的各種宴會需要；主用餐區The Lounge與Wood Ear酒吧連在一起，在酒吧的溫暖燈光襯托下，洋溢輕鬆氛圍的用餐區映入眼簾；充滿藝術氛圍的The Gallery劃分出兩間分別容納4人和6人的獨立包廂，靜謐森林壁畫賞心悅目。房間亦可二合為一，最多可容納14人，洽談公務或親友歡聚皆宜。
